Registration: A Pain in Four Trips

Yep, I have already returned to school. I had to register for classes today. You may be thinking that is some simple task where I sign up for the classes I want/need. If that is your idea, you obviously don't attend Lambuth. Two of my classes were closed, so I had to go beg the teachers of those classes to sign me into them. So I got the signatures I needed and went to the registrar's office. After that I was told to go to the business office to get my schedule. There, I was told that I owed $750 and would not get my classes until I paid. The problem was that my TN Hope scholarship wasn't posted yet, so I had to go to yet another office: financial aid. They had to look in my file and discover whether or not I did indeed deserve the Hope scholarship. When they discovered that I did, I had to get their signature and go back to the business office. Finally I completed registering for classes.

Lambuth has about 900 students, yet they are incapable of even making registration simple. Why would I have to make four separate trips in order to complete registration?
