A College Christmas

Every year I have two Christmas celebrations. One is for family the other is for friends. This was true even in elementary school. The difference however, is markedly more noticeable when I am at college. The other day I had a Christmas party with my school friends. It is only the first week of December! Speaking of the party, we watched a movie and then went in the hall and "bowled" The pins were only about an inch high, and there were only six of them, but it was really difficult. Anyways, there isn't much of a point to this story or post, but Merry Christmas to everyone, because I have already celebrated it at least once.

Back from the Dead

Apologies to my many adoring fans for not posting in a while. It isn't really that the week has been hectic or anything. But there are about three billion diseases going around and allergies are especially bad this fall. Some of you who haven't seen me in a while may be interested to know that I had vertigo for a while. As a disease, it really sucks. The room doesn't stop spinning and when you close your eyes you still feel like you are spinning. I would compare it to being perpetually on a merry-go-round or spinning tire swing. If you are so lucky for the room to not be spinning, then you still have that lingering nausea feeling. On the plus side, vertigo is a very cool sounding disease. So cool, in fact, that U2 has named a song vertigo. How many songs do you know titled pneumonia or appendicitis? Anyhow, other than having a lingering sickness, not much has happened, except that retarded Lambuth will not fund my trip to Budapest even a little, so I am stuck here next semester. If only I had known that Lambuth sucked this much before coming here. Oh well, can't change the past.
